I rarely get get excited about auto racing, becuase it’s usually in a straight line or in a circle. GT auto racing is a different story though. Imense skill is involved in memorizing each turn of each track and whether or not you can decel or accel through a turn. Knowing how to shift isn’t and option it has to be second nature like eating or sleeping. The Nürburgring track in Germany has been famous for almost a century; showcasing it’s turn-after-turn (187 to be exact) on it’s Nordschleife configuration, it is one of the most demanding and toughest tracks to race at. The video is of a new record time, although Wikipedia seems to difer.
